Thursday part 8: Tight Arch Rocks
One of my favorite lower back movements. Nailed 3 sets of 15 for these.
Thursday part 7: Leg Raises
Hit a nice strong 3 sets of 10 using a deliberate slow and controlled action.
Thursday part 6: Isometric biceps curls
Hit 3 strong sets of isometric arm curls on each side. Hit them at the start, mid and finished position.
Thursday part 5: Barbell Concentration Curls
Nailed a nice 3sets of 10 with 155 pounds on these. Felt really good.
Thursday part 4: Isometric lateral raises
Nailed some strong isometric lateral raises on each side. Hit them at the start, mid and finished positions. Powerful stuff.
Thursday night part 3: Rear delt raises
Nailed 3 strong sets of 6 with 93 pounds for these. Felt good.
Thursday night part 2: handstand push ups
Was frustrated with the military presses. So, after the final set I immediately jumped to the wall for a set of 25 handstand push ups.
Thursday May 28th evening part 1: Military Press
Rough night on the Military press. Struggled hard for 4 sets of 3 with 185 pounds. Here's the final set.

Thursday morning part 4: L-sit to Planche and more
Finished off the morning with L-sit to Planche on the parallel bars. They felt pretty good, much better positioning. Yay Improvements!! Also hit 5 sets of back of wrist push ups and some Isometric Power Flexes for the entire lower body and midsection. Wonderful practice today.
Thursday Morning part 3: Iron Cross Pumps
I love these. Here's the final set of the day on them. They're coming along nicely.
Thursday morning part 2: Parallet combo
A different camera angle for today. Set 5 of the L-sit to handstand to bent-arm lever to L-sit combo. 5 pretty strong sets today.

Tuesday night part 4: Isometric shrugs and more
Hit 3 sets of isometric shrugs. Then finished off then night with a good and solid isometric midsection session.
Tuesday night part 3: 1-arm rows
Nailed a nice 3 sets of 5 on each side for 1 arm rows with 196 pounds. Felt good and didn't bother the pulled oblique muscle.
Tuesday night part 2: Reverse Yewkis
Hitting some tuck lever reverse yewkis for 3 sets of 5. Felt good.
Tuesday morning part 5: Butterfly kicks
First side was awesome. Then, my pulled oblique muscle acted up and hurt a ton so I called an end to practice for the day.
Tuesday morning part 3: Front flips
It's rainy outside, so that means flipping around in the house, Woo Hoo!!
Tuesday morning part 2: handstand
Worked on 5 different ways to get into a handstand today. Here's my straddle ups.
Monday night part 7: V-sits
Originally this was going to be l-sits, but they went higher on each set. Lol. Finished the night with 3 sets of v-sits on the parallel bars.
Modnay night part 6: isometric leg curls
Finished off the hamstrings with 3 sets of 1-leg isometric leg curls on each side. Great stuff.
Monday night part 5: Romanian deadlifts
Stretch position hamstrings calls for Romanian deadlifts. Hit 3 sets of 12 with 225.
Monday night part 4: 1-leg Leg curl
Hitting the mid range movement for position of flexion hamstrings with some strong 1-leg leg curl/hip thrusts. Did 4 sets of 15 on each leg.
Monday night part 3: Isometric leg extensions
For a contracted position movement, I hit 3 sets (1 in the start position, 1 in the mid position and 1 in the finished position) of isometric leg extensions on each side. Great stuff.
Monday night part 2: Sissy Squats
For the stretch position movement in my position of flexion training I hit 3 sets of 15 reps of Sissy Squats with my bodyweight plus 45 pounds. Here's the final set.
Monday May 25th night part 1: Squats
Working on some position of flexion style training tonight. Started out with 2 warm up sets of squats, then hit 4 sets of 15 with 405 pounds. Here's the final set.
Monday morning part 4: New Parallet Combo 2
The second of the new parallet combos. Handstand to straddle planche to l-sit. Not bad at all.
After this I hit 5 sets of back of wrist push ups, 5 sets of Atlas push ups, 100 pull ups, Isometric work for the neck and Isometric Peak contraction work for the shoulders, biceps and midsection. Awesome morning.

Friday night part 4: Isometric Triceps and midsection work
To finish out the night, nailed 3 sets per side of some triceps isometrics. This is the 2nd set on each side, also did a set on each side at the top position and the bottom position of the movement. Then nailed a strong isometric midsection session. Awesome stuff!
Friday night part 3: Isometric chest work
Here are two sets done in the mid-position for isometric contractions for the chest. Hit these as well as 2 sets in the top position and 2 sets in the bottom position. Awesome stuff.
Friday night part 2: Body Flies
After the dips it was onto 4 sets of body flies on the Jungle Gym. Felt strong and good. Great chest movement.

Friday Morning part 8: Straddle Planche Push up variation
Finished up with 5 strong sets of these plus 100 back of wrist push ups, 100 pull ups and 100 lunges; and some good hand extension work. Great practice this morning.
Friday morning part 7: 720 jumps
Okay, I'll admit it. These stunk today, and I twisted the ankle on one of them. Oh well, what can you do?

Friday May 15th morning part 1: hopping muscle ups
Using a slight1-leg hop on the muscle ups today. Still have to tone down the hop a bit, lol. Here's the 1st of 5 sets.
Thursday night part 3: Isometric curls and midsection work
Finished off the night with some isometric curls and some isometric midsection work. Here's set 2 of 3 for the curls.
Thursday night part 2: Isometric Rear Delts
The 2nd of 3 sets of isometric work for the rear delts. Making sure to hit the 3 main angels for this shoulder movement as hard as possible. Awesome stuff.
Thursday May 14th night part 1: Handstand Push Ups
Changed it up a little bit for tonight's training. Instead of hitting 100 reps of either BTN strict presses or Military presses, I thought I'd race to 100 with handstand push ups. Got my reps in with 4 sets of 25. Here's the final, and the sloppiest, set.

Thursday morning part 4: L-sit to Planche and more
These went pretty well today. I can see where I need my improvements, which is good, and they felt pretty strong and stable. Hit 4 sets of the old L-sit to Planche, then hit 100 pull ups and 100 lunges. Awesome morning practice overall.

I'll be honest. Out of 5 sets of this movement today, this was truly the only good rep, lol. The rest just totally stunk. Oh well, sometimes you're on, sometimes you're not. At least I caught the 1 good one on video, lol.

Tuesday morning part 9: 1/2 floor circles and more
Moving up to the 1/2 floor circles and they felt pretty good. After a few sets I nailed 100 back of wrist push ups, 300 feet elevated push ups and some hand extension work. Great practice.
Tuesday morning part 8: handspring to dive roll and dive roll to headspring
Nailing the other combos. Hitting some handsprings to dive rolls and dive rolls to headsprings.
Tuesday morning part 7: butterfly kick to 1-arm cartwheel and 1-arm cartwheel to butterfly kick
Starting my first day of working on combinations. Made sure to do both of these on each side and alternated them in a way to hit them both evenly. They are the butterfly kick to 1-arm cartwheel and the 1-arm cartwheel to butterfly kick.

Tuesday May 5th morning part 1: Pull up challenge completed
Finishing off the 30 day pull up challenge with this set. Over the past 30 days I've hit 100 pull ups each day on top of anything else I was doing in morning practice or evening training. Some days I hit between 150-200 pull ups, but everyday I hit at least 100. Awesome stuff. Strength and endurance improved. My back, biceps and forearms improved. Mental toughness improved. Overall conditioning improved. An awesome challenge. Here's the final 20 reps.
Monday night part 3: Lunges and 1-legged leg curls
Finished off the night with 3 sets of 10 for weighted lunges on each side and 3 sets of 10 for 1-legged leg curl/ hip thrusts on each side. Here's the final round.
Monday night part 2: Squats
100 reps with 405 pounds on the bar. Hit my 100 with 1 set of 17, 4 sets of 15, 1 set of 13 and a final set of 10. Here's the final set. Of course, my beautiful bride nailed her 100 reps with 305 pounds on the bar in 5 sets of 20 :)

Monday morning part 5: Atlas Push ups and more
Finished off the practice with 100 pull ups, isometric neck work, 100 back of wrist push ups and 100 Atlas push ups. Here's the final set of the Atlas ones. Love these, great for the chest and shoulder girdle. The key is to go as deep as possible in the bottom position, really get that stretch.
Monday morning part 4: handstand to straddle planche
First day working on these. Felt pretty good. Here's the final set. Trying my darndest to keep the elbows straight and the hollow position. Not bad though for the first day.
