Living a truth
In my journey of life, I know that my life's work is to help as many others reach their hopes and dreams and find their happiness, as I can. With that comes inherent risks, situations that make you afriad and can lead to being hurt in many ways. But, the warrior still does it anyway, knowing that it's right. And knowing that helping others create their dreams is always the most amazing reward possible!!
It's hard to believe.....
Throughout my life I've had the honor and privelage to study a variety of martial arts; from the common like boxing, wrestling, and karate; to the rare like pentjack silat, sombo, and Chin Na; and I love and respect them all. It's hard to belive that it's now been a few decades since earning my first black belts in Karate, Judo and Jujitsu. What a wonderful journey it still is =)
A moment of humbleness and amazement
I hope I never get used to this. It's very humbling and amazing that everyday that I come online my email, facebook, blogs, etc. are filled with messages from people around the world thanking me for helping to change and improve their lives. It really is such a special blessing, and I can't say how grateful that I truly am. To my angel Missy, special love, you truly are such a blessing in my life. To the pride, all of you, much love to you all, you all are amazng. And special love to my little angel; I miss you dearly and there's always a special place in my heart for you. Thank you all and keep on kicking ass. Much Love to the pride!!

Tuesday May 31st night
Amazing night of training last night. Loving the new training cycle!!
Started out with Scott Press. Hit the first set for 12 reps, focusing on getting a deep stretch in the movement. Hit the seconds set heavier, for 8 reps, focusing on total form. The third set was even heavier, hitting 6, focusing on raw strength. The next set was even heavier, focusing on weight I've never moved before. The final set was lighter, focusing on doing as many as I could until the overall pain stopped me.
Moved onto Gironda Perfect Curls for the same protocol.
Then hit Triceps Kickbacks for the same protocol.
Then hit Wrist Curls for the same protocol.
Rested only about 30-40 seconds between sets and movements.
Finished up first with 5 sets of 10, 10, 10, 10 and 8 for Pelvic Rocks, resting about 20 seconds between sets.
Then hit 5 sets of 20 for Weighted Frog Sit-ups, resting about 30 seconds between sets.
Awesome stuff!!
