Thursday March 17th night

Wonderful training tonight!!

Started out with Sternum Pull-ups. Nailed 5 sets of 15 reps, resting about 30 seconds between sets.

Moved onto Bench Rows. Hit 5 sets of 12 reps, resting about 30 seconds between sets.

Then it was onto Drag Curls. Hit 3 sets of 10, resting about 20 seconds in between sets.

Moved onto 1-arm Hammer Curls. Nailed 3 sets of 10, 8 and 8 per side. Resting about 20 seconds between sets.

Then it was 1-arm Concentration Curls. Hit 3 sets of 8 per side, with a nice slow final eccentric action on the last set. No rest in between, simply moved from left to right to left to right to left to right.

Then it was French Press time. Hit 3 sets of 12, resting about 20 seconds between sets.

Moved onto Lying Triceps Extensions. Hit 3 sets of 12, resting about 30 seconds between sets.

Then finished up with Weighted Frog Sit-ups. Hit 5 sets of 15, resting only 30 seconds between sets.
