Friday Sept 28th night

Awesome night tonight, and such a strong week 4!

Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Explosive Pike Jumps

Hit 3 sets of 3 for Kneeling Kip Ups

Moved onto 3 sets of 25 for Slow and Controlled Straight Leg Bridges

Got in 3 sets of 10 per side for Slow and Paused Weighted Bird Dog Raises

Moved onto 3 sets f 10 per side for Slow and Paused Weighted Shrimp Squats

Hit 3 sets of 10 for KB Plie Squats

Finished up with some nice Joint Mobility
