Tuesday August 9th morning

Great morning today!!

Started out with Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.

Moved onto 3 sets of 10 for Forward and Backward Neck Work.

Got in some strong Isometric Work for the Hand Extenders.

Then Hit some Isometric Power Flexes for the Hips, Butt, Quads, Hams, Calves, Tibia, and Abs.

Finished with 3 strong sets of the "Ring of Fire."
