1.) Jumping Muscle Ups 6 x 3 reps
2.) Handstand Holds 6 by 20-30 seconds
3.) 1/2 Floor Circles 10 reps
4.) 1/2 Floor Circle to Front Splits 10 reps
5.) Handstand Hold to Bent Arm Hold 10 x 1 rep
6.) Macaco Overhead Reach 10 reps
7.) Macaco Monkey Flips 10 reps
8.) Straddle Press to Handstand with back against wall 2 x 5 reps
9.) Yoga Bridge 3 x 20 seconds
10.) Wrestler's Bridge 3 x 20 seconds
11.) Gymnastics Bridge 4 x 20 seconds
