Monday Aug 6th morning Start of the new training cycle!!

Great morning today!!

Started out with Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection

Hit 5 sets of 20 for Freestanding Handstand Push-ups

Got in 4 sets of 50 for Jowett Feet-elevated Push-ups

Hit 3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges

Gor in my Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work

Hit 1 set of 10 each for Neck Bridge Work to the Front, Back and each side

Got in 3 sets of 10 for DSR Neck Work looking to each side

Hit the following:

2 sets of Handstand Variations

2 sets per side f 1-arm Bent-arm Lever Holds

2 sets of Straddle Planche Holds

2 sets per side of Air Baby Holds

2 sets per side of Bent-arm Lever Variations

2 sets per side of QDR Hold Variations

2 sets per side of Rolling Bridge Variation 1

Hit nice Joint Mobility work

Got in some sweet Strength Stretching, Dynamic Stretching and Relaxed Stretching
