The morning as Joint Mobility work
The evening was:
Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Kip Ups
Hit 3 sets of 3 for Explosive Handstand Push-ups
Got in 4 sets of 5, 5 and 3 per side for Get-ups
Hit 3 sets of 15 for Reverse Push-ups
Got in 20 sets of 8 (10 per side) for 1-arm Kettlebell Snatch Sprints using a 15 seconds on 15 seconds rest protocol, getting 8 reps per 15 seconds and switching hands at every 15 second work interval.
Hit 3 sets of 15, 15 and 10 for Explosive Toe Slap Sit-ups
Got in 3 sets of 12 per side for Grounded Windshield Wipers
Hit 3 sets of 20 seconds for Parallel Bar L-sit Holds
Finished up with a cool down walk and Joint Mobility work
