Thursday August 2nd morning

Great morning today!

Started out with Isometric Power Flexes for the Traps, Shoulders, Hands, Forearms and Fingers

Got in Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection

Hit 3 rounds of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges

Got in my Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridging

Hit some sweet Joint Mobility work

Played around on the Gymnastics Rings with Handstand, Bent-arm Levers and L-sits

Great morning!!
