Here's the final set of a full circuit from Friday night's training. Start with 10 sender jumps, then go to 5 box jumps, 10 sender jumps, 5 depth jumps, 10 sender jumps, 10 squat jumps, 10 sender jumps, 10 1-leg hamstring bridge, and finish with 10 more sender jumps. A great training protocol. Look for 4-6 rounds.
