Tuesday July 8th evening circuit.

Here's a link to Tuesday Night's circuit. Look at hitting 4-6 rounds. Without stopping hit 10 tiger squats (5/leg), 20 1-leg burpees (10/leg), 30 1-leg leg curl hip thrusts (15/leg), 20 split lunge jumps (10/side) and a 30 second wall drive sprint. Awesome stuff.
