Friday night part 4: Kind of: Isomectric chest and more
I actually hit the Isometric chest work (3 sets per side) and the Eagle Flexes (6 sets of 10) before the French presses, but forgot to tape anything. So, here's the wrap up on them plus talking about the isometric midsection work.
