Tuesday night part 2: 1-arm rows
Changed this one up a little for the night. Hit 3 sets of 20 reps per side instead of 4 sets of 10. Thought I'd change up the stimuli a little bit. Felt good. Here's the final set, used 123 pounds for each set.
