Nailing a good and solid 4 sets of L-sit to Advanced Tuck Planche on the parallel bars. Feeling good. Also hit 3 sets of 10 for dynamic neck work in each direction, Isometric power flexes for the entire lower body and midsection, 5 sets of back of wrist push ups, 5 sets of straddle planche push up variations, 100 pull ups, 100 lunges. Awesome morning training.
