Tuesday night part 4: Isometric Shrugs and more
Here's the 3rd and final set of isometric shrugs. Felt strong and awesome. Afterwards I hit 3 sets of isometric sit ups, 3 sets of 1-leg isometric leg raises per leg and 3 sets of isometric side bends per side. Great training tonight!
