Alright, no video for today.
Started out the morning with the normal joint mobility and flexibility work. Hit some Isometric power flexes for the traps, forearms and midsection. Then some isometric work for the forearms. Nailed 5 sets of Pseudo Maltese Push ups, 100 pull ups and 100 lunges. Finished off with a volume based midsection session. Great practice.
This evening I hit 3 sets of 10 of each of the 7 Tiger Moves, using a ton of tension and resistance. Nailed 6 sets of 10 for Eagle flexes as well. Awesome evening training!!
