Thursday night part 4: Midsection
Hitting a great finisher for the midsection. Without any rest you hit 10 good mornings, 8 rollouts, 10 good mornings, 8 rollouts, 10 good mornings and 8 rollouts. Awesome stuff for the entire midsection. Here's the final round.
