Friday night aprt 5: Isometric Triceps and more
Wrapping up the isometric triceps work. From here I moved onto a nice isometric midsection session that included 3 sets of iso sit-ups, 3 sets on each side of 1-leg iso leg raises and 3 sets of iso side bends. Great night of training.
