Tuesday night part 4: Isometric shrugs and some midsection training

Nailed a strong 3 sets of the Isometric shrugs. Then finished off with 3 sets of Isometric sit-ups, 3 sets of 1-leg Isometric leg raises on each side and 3 sets of Isometric side bends to each side. Awesome night of training.
