Monday morning part 7: Butterfly kicks

Yeah! The left side is finally catching up with the right side. However, the right side wasn't as good today, lol.

Monday morning part 5: dive roll to handspring


Starting to put together the tumbling combinations. Here's my first attempts at dive rolling into a handspring.

Monday morning part 4: handsprings


Repping out the handspring. I love that the right side forward ones are starting to feel as comfortable as the left side forward. Awesome!

Monday morning part 3: handstands


Hitting the basics with some handstand holds.  A little over confident at first, lol. Hence the bobble. But, I caught it and made it better.

Monday morning part 2: Muscle ups


Cranking out some muscle ups with a slight hop for assistance.

Monday August 4th morning part 1: false grip pull-ups


Working the false grip pull ups on the gymnastics rings. Looking at pulling up as far and high as I can. Not working to pump out the pull up, just to get ready for the muscle ups.
