Tuesday June 30th morning wrap up

Ground was way too slick to tumble this morning so I really just spent the time working on flexibility and mobility. Actually, a great morning.

Monday night part 7: V-sits

Hitting  a pretty strong 3 sets tonight.

Monday night part 6: 1-leg Isometric Leg Curls

Wrapping up the leg curls for the evening.

Monday night part 5: Romanian Deadlifts

Upped it to 245 tonight for 2 sets of 15 and one set of 12. Here's one of the sets of 15.

Monday night part 4: 1-leg Hamstring curls/ Hip thrusts.

These really got the hamstrings firing tonight. A great 3 sets of them on each leg.

Monday night part 3: 1-leg Isometric Leg Extensions

Wrapping up the leg extensions for the evening.

Monday night part 2: Sissy Squats

Love these. Nailed 3 sets of 10 with bodyweight plus 20 pounds, making sure to get a nice pause in he stretch position. Awesome stuff.
