Tuesday Jan 31st morning
Great morning today!!
Hit Joint Mobility Drills and Flexibility Work.
Got in some Vacuum practice.
Hit some Isometric Power Flexes for the Quads, Calves and Abs.
Also, got in some strong Isometric Work for the Hands.
Great stuff!!
