Monday night part 2: Sissy Squats

For the stretch position movement it was Sissy Squat time. Made sure to really get a good stretch on every set, and to hold the stretch for a few counts. Awesome stuff.

Monday June 1st night part 1: Hack Squats

Started off tonight with 4 sets of Hack Squats. Felt awkward but good. Nailed my 5's with 365.

Monday morning part 4: parallet combo 2 and moreeeee

The second parallet combo is coming along, but frustrating because it's hard as hell, lol! Wouldn't be worth it if it wasn't. Start in a handstand, move to straddle handstand, transfer down into a straddle planche, then to an l-sit. Great stuff, and getting and keeping those arms straight is a bear. Finished up with some isometric neck work, 5 sets of back of wrist push ups, 5 sets of Pseudo Maltese push ups, 4 sets of pull ups and Isometric Power Flexes for the midsection, biceps and shoulders. Awesome morning practice today :)


Monday morning part 3: Rings Combo

The 2nd time practicing the new rings combo. Feeling foreign and challenging, but coming along. V-sit hand to inverted hand to front lever to inverted hand to tucked back lever to inverted hand to pike to German hand to pike to inverted hang to pike to v-sit in top support to beginning. Rough and not pretty yet, but getting there.



Monday morning part 2: parallet combo 1

Nailed a really strong 5 sets of the new combo. L-sit to handstand to bent arm lever to l-sit. Getting better and better.

Monday June 1 morning part 1: Muscle ups

Hitting a strong 5 sets of muscle ups with very little assistance. Feeling really good.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday May 29-31 wrap up

Wrapping up all the happening from Friday night through all day Sunday.
