In honor of turning 38 today, here's 38 handstand push ups.

I wanted them all in a row, but I had to shake out the arms after the first 30, lol!!

Monday July 28th the start of the back off week


Talking a little bit about the start of the back off week, what the basic plan is for the week, and a special guest at the beginning.

Saturday July 26th evening circuit


The final set of this evening's circuit which includes: 2 cast wall walks, 7 handstand push ups, 2 cast wall walks, 5 dips on the gymnastics rings, 2 cast wall walks, 5 pseudo-planche push ups on the push up bars, 2 cast wall walks and 7 l-sit pull ups on the rings. No rest between movements, minimal rest between rounds. Shoot for 3-5 rounds. Awesome stuff!
