A great way to start the day!!

Taking a back off week from the heavy, hard and intense training this week. So, I had a blast playing with some Tai Chi in the park this morning. Always a wonderful way to start the day! Have an amazing one today everyone!!
 
 
 


 
 


 
 


 
 


Tuesday August 2nd

Wonderful back off week morning today!

Hit my Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.

Also, had a strong Isometric Power Flex session for the Glutes, Hips, Quads, Hams, Calves, Tibialis and Abs.

Then Played with some Tai Chi and High Bar work.

No training tonight!!

Great stuff!!

Monday August 1st

Starting off the Back Off and De-load week properly. Lol.

This morning I hit my Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.

Then I hit some strong Isometric Power Flexes for the Shoulders, Traps, Chest, Triceps and Abs.

Tonight, I'm taking the night off!!

Sunday July 31st

Wonderful Sunday training!!

Started out the morning with Joint Mobility work.

Then in the evening I started out with Scotts Press. Hit the first set for 12 reps, focusing on getting a deep stretch in the movement. Hit the seconds set heavier, for 8 reps, focusing on total form. The third set was even heavier, hitting 6, focusing on raw strength. The next set was even heavier, focusing on weight I've never moved before. The final set was lighter, focusing on doing as many as I could until the overall pain stopped me.

Moved onto 1-arm Concentration Curls for the same protocol.

Then hit Triceps Kickbacks for the same protocol.

Then moved onto Wrist Curls for the same protocol.

Rested between 30-40 seconds between sets and movements.

Finished off with 5 sets of 15 for Pelvic Rocks, resting 20 seconds between sets.

And 5 sets of 15 for DVR Frog Sit-ups, resting 20 seconds between sets.

Great way to end the cycle.

Saturday July 30th

Awesome training today.

Started out the morning with Joint Mobility work.

The evening kicked ass!

Started out with Weighted Reverse Grip Chest Dips. Hit the first set for 12 reps, focusing on getting a deep stretch in the movement. Hit the seconds set heavier, for 8 reps, focusing on total form. The third set was even heavier, hitting 6, focusing on raw strength. The next set was even heavier, focusing on weight I've never moved before. The final set was lighter, focusing on doing as many as I could until the overall pain stopped me.

Then hit Weighted Back Extensions for the same protocol.

Moved onto Leg Extensions for the same protocol.

Then hit Leg Curls for the same protocol.

Finished up with 1-leg Calf Raises for the same protocol.

Awesome stuff!!

Started out with Rear Delt Flies. Hit the first set for 12 reps, focusing on getting a deep stretch in the movement. Hit the seconds set heavier, for 8 reps, focusing on total form. The third set was even heavier, hitting 6, focusing on raw strength. The next set was even heavier, focusing on weight I've never moved before. The final set was lighter, focusing on doing as many as I could until the overall pain stopped me.

Moved onto Gironda Perfect Curls for the same protocol.

Then hit Triceps Extensions for the same protocol.

Moved onto Reverse Wrist Curls for the same protocol.

Rested between 30-40 seconds between sets and movements.

Then hit 5 sets of 15 for Pelvic Rocks, resting 20 seconds between sets.

Then finished up with 5 sets of 15 for DVR Frog Sit-ups, resting 20 seconds between sets.
