Monday night part 5: Romanian Deadlifts
Upped it to 245 tonight for 2 sets of 15 and one set of 12. Here's one of the sets of 15.
Monday night part 4: 1-leg Hamstring curls/ Hip thrusts.
These really got the hamstrings firing tonight. A great 3 sets of them on each leg.
Monday night part 2: Sissy Squats
Love these. Nailed 3 sets of 10 with bodyweight plus 20 pounds, making sure to get a nice pause in he stretch position. Awesome stuff.

Hack Squats felt awesome last night. Closing in on 400 pounds for them. Nailed 4 sets of 5 with 385 pounds and it felt really strong. Here's the final set.

Hit a nice and strong 4 sets of these. Getting the planch much better. Also hit 5 sets of back of wrist push ups, 3 sets of neck work in each direction and Isometric power flexes for the entire lower body and the midsection. A solid morning practice!

Tuesday morning part 12: Push up to handstand and more
Hit 5 nice sets of these. Also worked in 100 lunges, 5 sets of back o wrist push ups, isometric work for the hand extenders and isometric power flexes for the chest, triceps and midsection. Great morning practice.
Tuesday morning part 11: Floor circle combination
This morning was my first time practicing this combination, and I think it went pretty well. Cast position to floor circle front split to straddle up handstand to forward roll. Fun stuff!

Monday morning part 4: parallet combo 2 and more
Now, this parallet combo was giving me some trouble. Moving to the straddle planche and keeping the arms locked just wasn't happening. Oh well, it'll get better. Along with this I also hit an isometric session for the neck, isometric power flexes for the shoulders, biceps and midsection; 5 sets of back of wrist push ups, 5 sets of pseudo maltese push ups and 100 pull ups. An awesome morning practice.

Had a wonderful afternoon of gymnastics, acrobatics and tumbling with my beautiful bride. It was awesome, especially when she was nailing some awesome combos.

I missed videoing any of this. So, I finished off the night with 3 strong sets of isometric triceps extensions on each side. Then, moved onto 3 sets of isometric sit ups, 3 sets per side of 1-leg isometric leg raises, and 3 sets per side of isometric side bends. Great training tonight.
Friday night part 4: French Press
These are feeling really good. Went back up to 125 pounds for the 3 sets of 10 and felt strong with it. Good stuff.

Love these! Hit 3 sets in a super set with the tight arch rocks. Used a deliberately slow and controlled movement and tried for a nice pause on the last rep. Great stuff.

I'll admit it, these were a killer today. This was the best of the bunch. Working hard on making sure that the arms are straight the entire time. After these I hit a full isometric neck session, Isometric power flexes for the shoulders, biceps and midsection, 5 sets of back of wrist push ups, 5 sets of Pseudo Maltese push ups an 4 sets of pull ups. Great practice overall.

One of my favorites. Nothing hits the chest quite like these. Hit 3 sets of 10 making sure to have a 5 count hold at both the stretched and contracted positions. Awesome stuff.

The second parallet combo is coming along, but frustrating because it's hard as hell, lol! Wouldn't be worth it if it wasn't. Start in a handstand, move to straddle handstand, transfer down into a straddle planche, then to an l-sit. Great stuff, and getting and keeping those arms straight is a bear. Finished up with some isometric neck work, 5 sets of back of wrist push ups, 5 sets of Pseudo Maltese push ups, 4 sets of pull ups and Isometric Power Flexes for the midsection, biceps and shoulders. Awesome morning practice today :)
