Friday September 2nd morning
Awesome morning today.
Started out with Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.
Got in 3 sets of 10 in each direction for Neck Work, looking to the left and the right.
Nailed 3 rounds of the Ring of Fire.
Great start to the day!!
