Friday Feb 3rd morning
Great morning today!!
Hit Joint Mobility Drills and Flexibility Work.
Got in some Vacuum practice.
Also, got in some Isometric Power Flexes for the Hamstrings, Glutes, Forearms, Hands, Fingers and Abs.
Great stuff!!
