Thursday Feb 2nd morning
Great morning today!!
Hit Joint Mobility Drills and Flexibility Work.
Got in some Vacuum practice.
Hit some Isometric Power Flexes for the Chest, Biceps and Abs
Also, got in 3 sets of 10 for DVR Work for the Hands.
Great stuff!!
