Tuesday Jan 26th night
Great training tonight.
Started out with Reverse Grip Dips. Hit 8 sets of 8 with only 10 seconds of rest in between sets.
Moved onto Sternum Pull-ups. Again, hit 8 sets of 8 with only 10 seconds of rest in between set.
Then moved onto Gironda Sissy Squats. Hit 3 sets of 10.
Hit 2 sets of 50 for Seated Calf Raises in a super set with 3 sets of 10 for Reverse Wrist Curls.
Finished up with 3 sets of 15 per side for 1-leg Standing Calf Raises in a super set with 3 sets of 10 for Wrist Curls.
Great stuff.

Love hit the goals and burning right through them
You have to love when you crash through you goals early. At the beginning of this training cycle I set the goal to hit a bodyweight of 200 pounds before the cycle ended. Well, half way into the cycle I weigh a muscular and solid 201, 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Time to focus on hitting 210.

Started off with Military Press. Hit 3 sets of 5 in conventional style. Followed by 3 sets of 6, 5 and 4 in Rest Pause style, of course adding weight on each set. Nailed some strong stuff!!
Moved onto 5 sets of 10 for Barbell Power Cleans. Felt tough but awesome.
Finished off with 3 sets of 15 for Weighted V-ups in a super set with 3 sets per side of Isometric Power Flexes.

Then, in the evening it was awesome training time.
Broke personal records in the Bottom Position Floor Press. Nailed 3 sets in conventional style. Then hit 3 sets of 6, 5 and 4 in Rest Pause Style. Awesome stuff.
Moved onto Bent Row Rack Pulls. Hit 8 sets of 8 with only 10 seconds of rest in between sets. Great stuff.
Finished off with 3set of 15 for Weighted V-ups in a super set with 3 sets per side for Isometric Side Bends.

Started out with Military Press. Nailed 3 sets of 5 in conventional style followed by 3 sets of 6, 5 an 4 in Rest Pause style; making sure to add weight on each set.

Finished off with 3 sets of 12 for Weighted Parallel Bar Leg Raises in a Super Set with 3 sets per side of Isometric Side Bends.
