Thursday Jan 14th morning
Great morning today!!
Got in my Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.
Nailed 3 sets of 10 in each direction for my Neck
Got in some Isometric Power Flexes for the entire Back and the Midsection.
Looking forward to tonight!!
