Started out the night breaking PR's on the Military Press. Nailed 3 sets of 5 in conventional style. Then hit 3 sets of 6, 5 and 4 in Rest Pause style.
Moved onto Power Cleans from the Hang. Nailed 3 sets of 10.
Finished off with 3 sets of 15 for Weighted V-ups in a super set with 3 sets per side of Isometric Side Bends.
Nice training today!!
