Hit 8 sets 0f 8 with only 10 seconds rest in between sets for Reverse Grip Dips
Moved onto 8 sets of 8 with only 10 seconds of rest in between for Sternum Pull ups
Then hit 3 sets of 10 for Gironda Sissy Squats.
Moved onto 3 sets of 45, 40, and 15 for Seated Calf Raises, did them in a super set with 3 sets of 10 for Reverse Wrist Curls.
Then finished off with 3 sets of 15 per side for 1-leg Standing Calf Raises in a super set with 3 sets of 10 for Wrist Curls.
