Saturday Jan 16th

Great day today.

This morning was all about the Joint Mobility work

Also nailed some strong Isometric Power Flexes for the Neck, Forearms and hands.


Then, in the evening, started out with Bottom Position Floor Presses. Nailed 3 sets in conventional fashion. Then hit 3 set of 6, 5 and 4 in Rest Pause Style, hitting new PR's across the board.

Then moved onto Bent Row Rack Pulls. Hit 8 sets of 8 with only 10 seconds of rest between sets.

Finished off with 3 sets of 15 for Weighted V-ups in a Super Set with 3 sets per side of Isometric Side Bends.
