Frday January 1st morning
Great morning today.
Hit my Joint Mobility and Flexibility Work
Nailed some strong Isometric Power Flexes for the entire lower body and the midsection.
And nailed 3 sets of 20 for my Hand Extenders.
Great stuff!!
