3 sets of 10 seconds for Isometric Samson Press Outs
3 sets of 10 seconds per side for BA-8/ BA-9 Isometric Back Flexes
3 sets of 10 for DVR Lying Leg Curls
3 sets of 10 for DVR Lying Leg Presses
3 sets of 10 for DVR Abdominal Contractions
