Monday morning part 4: Rings combo and more

Here's the 5th of 5 sets of the rings combo. These felt really strong all morning. This was actually the weakest set. Both levers are getting better, and the German hand is improving. Love it.

Also hit some strong isometric work for the neck and some isometric power flex work for the shoulders and midsection. Great morning practice today!
