Easy day today!!
The morning was 3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges
Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work
Joint Mobility work
Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection
The evening was relaxation and rest
