Tuesday August 13th morning and night

Great day tonight! Feeling well worked after last night's training

This morning was:

3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges

Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work

Hit Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection

Got in Joint Mobility work

Great morning!!

The evening was:

Rest, Relaxation and a nice walk

Great night!!
