Friday Sept 15th morning
Great morning today!!
Hit some Joint Mobility and flexibility work.
Got in some strong Isometric wok for the Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Vacuum and abs.
Hit 3 strong rounds of the Ring of Fire!
Awesome!!
