Thursday Sept 12th morning

Great morning!!

Started out with 3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges

Hit Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work

Got in Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection

Hit Joint Mobility work

Got in 3 sets of Handstand Hold Variations

Hit 5 minutes of Qi Gung Practice
