Thursday Dec 21st morning

Awesome morning today!

Started out with Isometric and DVR work for the hands and Isometric and Vacuum practice for the midsection.

Got in some nice Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.

Then hit 3 sets of 10 for the following DVR moves:

1.) Full Range Pec Contraction
2.) Bent Rows
3.) Lateral Raises
4.) Biceps/ Triceps Contractions
5.) Scapula Pull-ups
6.) Squats
7.) 1-leg Leg Curls
8.) Abs Contractions
