Started out today with Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.
Then hit 3 sets of 10 for the following DVR moves:
1.) Full Range Pec Contraction
2.) Bent Rows
3.) Scott's Press
4.) Biceps/ Triceps Contraction
5.) Full Range Lat Contraction
6.) Squats
7.) 1-leg Leg Curls
8.) Abs Contraction.
Then in the evening I hit 120 1-arm Kettlebell Snatches in 10 minutes, Kettlebell Sport style, without putting the bell down.
Then hit a 5 minute round of Get-ups.
