Started out with 3 sets of 10 for DVR Crossover Press Downs

Hit Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection

Got in Joint Mobility work

Hit Isometric Power Flexes for the Shoulders

Got in 5 minutes of Qi Gung Practice

Awesome morning!!
