Tuesday July 7th morning wrap up

After getting around 5 inches of rain yesterday, it was not a good tumbling day today. The ground was so soaked and gross, and it would have been dangerous to flip around. So, I worked a little extra on Isometrics for the hand extensor muscles, isometric power flexes for the biceps and triceps, joint mobility and flexibility. Overall, a great morning practice.

A great "Good Morning" Drink

Here's a great "Good Morning" Drink. It'll energize you, give you some good protein, vitamins and minerals, get you feeling ready for the day. And, it's delicious to boot. Based on some old time bodybuilding recipes, specifically Steve Reeves.
