Wednesday Nov 4th morning
Very nice morning today.
Hit my joint mobility and flexibility drills.
Got in 3 sets of 10 for DVR Hand Extenders.
Nailed some strong Isometric Power Flexes for the midsection, biceps and triceps.
Great Stuff!!
