Great day today.
In the morning I hit my Joint Mobility work.
Then in the evening it was hard and awesome training time.
Started off with 1-leg Leg Curl/Hip Thrusts. Nailed 5 sets of 25 per leg with only 30 seconds of rest in between sets.
Then it was time for Extended Range of Motion Stiff-leg Deadlifts. Nailed 5 sets f 10 with only 30 seconds of rest in between sets.
Then it was 1-leg Isometric Leg Curls. Nailed 3 sets of 10 second contractions per side, resting only about 20 seconds between sets.
Then it was onto Gironda Style Sissy Squats. Nailed 3 sets of 15 with only about 30 seconds of rest in between sets.
Moved onto Hip Belt Squats. Nailed 3 sets of 20 with only 30 seconds of rest in between sets.
Then it was time for 1-leg Isometric Leg Extensions. Nailed 3 sets of 10 seconds contractions per side. Resting only 20 seconds between sets.
Finished off with 3 sets of 12 for Weighted Frog Sit ups. Resting only 20 seconds between sets.
