Staruday March 12th

Great training day today.

This morning it was all about the Joint Mobility work.

Then in the evening, it was lower body time.

Started out with 1-leg Leg Curls. Nailed 5 sets of 25 per side, resting only about 30 seconds in between sets.

Moved onto Stiff-leg Deadlifts. Nailed 5 sets of 12, resting only about 30 seconds in between sets.

Then it was 1-leg Isometric Leg Curls. Did 3 sets of 10 second contractions per side, resting only about 20 seconds between sets.

Moved onto Weighted Gironda Style Sissy Squats. Hit 3 sets of 12, resting about 30 seconds between sets.

Then it was Hip Belt Squats. Nailed 3 sets of 20, resting only 30 seconds between sets.

Moved onto 1-leg Isometric Leg Extensions. Nailed 3 sets of 10 second contractions on each side, resting only about 20 seconds per set.

Finished up with Weighted Frog Sit-ups. Hit 5 sets of 12, resting about 30 seconds between sets.

Great way to finish off week 3. Looking forward to week 4.
