Hit my Joint Mobility and Flexibility work.
Nailed 3 sets of 10 per side for Neck Work, looking to the left and to the right.
Got in a strong Isometric Power Flex Session for the Butt, hips, quads, hams, calves, feet and abs.
Then nailed 3 rounds of the Ring of Fire.
Awesome stuff!!
