Saturday August 6th

Getting close to the end of the Back Off Week, and chomping at the bit to get back to hard training.

This morning was Joint Mobility Work.

Then hit a strong Isometric Power Flex Session for the Upper Back, Mid Back, Lats, Lower Back, Biceps, Forearms, Hands, Fingers and Abs.

Great stuff!
